Terms of service
Last updated October 10, 2026. This is a beta service, and these terms are written in plain language.
1. Who we are and what this is
My Stitch Print ("we", "us") runs My Stitch Print, a web service where embroidery and print shops track their orders, record the work done on them, and see reports. "You" means the shop that signs up, and the people the shop gives access to.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and sign up for a real business.
- The person who signs up becomes the shop's first admin. Admins decide who else gets a login, and who gets a PIN for the Floor page. You are responsible for what happens under your shop's logins and PINs, so keep them private and remove people who leave.
- Give us true information, and a working email address.
3. Your data
- It is yours. Your orders, customers, team and records belong to you. We use them only to run the service for you, to keep it safe, and to help you when you ask.
- You can export your orders to a spreadsheet and download a full backup file whenever you like. Please do so regularly, for example once a week.
- You are responsible for having the right to enter your customers' details (names, phone numbers) and for using them lawfully.
- Do not store things the service is not made for: payment card numbers, government ID numbers, passwords of other services, or health information.
- If you close your shop, we delete its data within 30 days. Copies in our daily backups disappear within another 30 days.
4. Using the service properly
Do not break the law, try to get into other shops' data or our systems, overload the service, copy it, or use it to send spam. We may suspend a shop that does, and we will tell you why when we can.
5. Beta: free, and changing
- The service is in beta. It is free while it is in beta. Features can change, move or be removed as we learn from shops like yours.
- If we start charging, we will tell you at least 30 days before, and you can stop at any time without paying.
- We work hard to keep it running and to keep daily backups for 30 days, but we do not promise it will always be available or that nothing will ever be lost. Keep your own backups.
6. Ending
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your shop (write to the contact form on our home page). We may suspend or close a shop that breaks these terms, or if we have to stop the service, and we will give you notice and time to export your data whenever we reasonably can.
7. No warranties, and limits on our responsibility
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost orders, profit or business), and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or $100. Nothing here limits responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email the admin of each shop or show a notice when you log in. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
9. Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where My Stitch Print is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to sort it out.
10. Contact
